Apparently the White House IT department is run by trained monkeys:

Matt Yglesias, on the fact of American Army and Marine Corps officers trying to rebuild Iraq:

The West Blogosphere and Democrats are in an unbelievable tizzy about Obama’s race speech, trying to figure out what it all means and whether it’s good or bad for Obama, and good or bad for Democrats, and what was he thinking talking to voters like adults (thank you Jon Stewart, for calling it what it [...]

On this week’s podcast, the Prof and I talked ab it about Bear Sterns, but I don’t think either of us really saw the massive write-down that came this morning. Here, via Atrios, is a key distinction when it comes to bailouts:

Posted by Contrarian on March 17th, 2008

Ladies, learn from Dina Matos McGreevey’s experience — if your boyfriend wants a three-way with a man, it probably means he’s gay:
A former driver and aide to former New Jersey Gov. Jim McGreevey yesterday made the bombshell claim that Dina Matos McGreevey must have always known her husband was gay - because he was the [...]
