I don&#039;t believe I said we should be &quot;content.&quot;  I just think that, all else being equal, the greater percentage of the American population that lives in the Seattle area, the better for the planet.  The simple fact of moving to the Northwest reduces your carbon footprint.

Still, there&#039;s of course more we can do.  There&#039;s always more we can do.  That&#039;s why I&#039;m a progressive -- because I believe that there&#039;s always room for progress!
