Harry Reid throws down the opposition punch. Feinstein hasn’t decided.

My gut instinct (and I don’t know why anyone should believe my gut, per se) says that he’ll end up getting nominated 70-something to 20-something. Pretty low for a Supreme Court nom, but wide enough to secure a “bipartisan” meme in the media. If the Dems come up with more than 30 “no” votes I’ll be surprised.
