Powell Goes Google

Colin Powell has accepted a gig with Silicon Valley uber-VCs Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. KPCB is the money behind almost every tech-boom company you’ve ever heard of, from Netscape to Amazon.

Apparently he was convinced after getting a tour of the Google offices.

There’s a joke in there about Powell using the ubiquitous search engine next time he’s asked to look for WMDs in Iraq, but I’m too lazy to work out the timing just now.
