I was watching Bill Moyers’ “Now” about a year ago and they were talking about how the economy of the Defence Budjet is not the same as commercial economy. It isn’t based on on supply and demand. I think…economics is hard for me to get. They went into how the pricing of the merchandise what based on who knew whom and who was buying from whom.
Of course it did sound a little like a consipiracy theary. So take it for what it’s worth.
