Speaking of the Media…

Fox News is such a red herring. The real conservative agenda is being pushed by CBS, which reaches 30 times the audience that Fox does. Their evening news last week pissed me off big time. Their coverage of the WMD commission’s findings was so biased in favor of the president as to be absurd. They parroted the president’s line, that he didn’t have the intelligence he needed in the run up to the war, nearly verbatim (like Josh Marshall says, the president’s campaign theme is “it’s not my fault!”).

CBS then went on to play Bush’s entire anti-Kerry ad in its entirety.

After the cancelling of “The Reagans” and the Superbowl business (censoring “political” ads), I have little stomach for that network. They’re horrible.
